Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport

Immaculate rooms with very comfortable beds. Guest services are incredibly responsive. We had an issue with our heating and cooling unit in the room. The staff sent the hotel engineer to look at it and he was able to fix it instantly. Big thanks to Moe for such incredible service! Will definitely stay here again.

What an awesome experience and such VIP experience!! Mahin and the staff at this wonderful hotel were top notch! The rooms were clean, the noise level was at a minimum. Location was key and the way the staff consistently checked in was amazing. My husband and brother had enjoyed every moment at this beautiful hotel. Initially, we were booked at another Hilton hotel in the same area but things didn't workout. What a blessing!! Our stay was the first weekend in December.

My company has held their annual meeting at this hotel for several years now and we always have such a great experience. Thank you for the exceptional food and beverage service, the seamless audiovisual support, and for the decor that we borrowed from the hotel for our event. We also greatly appreciate the comfort and quality of the hotel rooms, which helped ensure our guests had a wonderful overall experience.

Upon entering the Hilton, Vicky and Melvin were very welcoming and provided an incredible experience. The room was nicely prepared and very clean. The digital check-in was very easy as well. I’ve traveled a lot in my life and have stayed in many, many hotels. Sometimes you can tell when somebody special is working behind the front desk. Her name is Vicky and she’s fantastic! Three flights have been canceled from BWI airport and there were at least 50 people in line all wanting a room. Vicky was working by herself and was able to handle everyone in a professional, calm, and sweet manner. When I was next in line, a woman could not find her voucher and was starting to get very upset. Vicky took care of this woman with grace. When it was my turn, she was super friendly and was able to make me feel like I was talking to a friend rather than an employee who was there for the paycheck. 100% would stay here again

Upon check in Valentina at the front desk was welcoming, informative and friendly - exactly what was needed after a long drive in the snow. Hotel has a renovated restaurant area, the rooms are slightly worn however the bed is extra comfy and the rooms are big and quiet. Will stay again for sure! They do charge $17 a night for parking.

I visited on a whirlwind trip with the Honor Flights. This hotel managed our group of 250+ with style and grace. The entire hotel staff seemed on high alert and fully staffed which was noticeable in a positive way. I never waited for anything. Whatever i needed was at my fingertips which was necessary since I was escorting my elderly grandfather. The bar as great and staff attentive and created a fun atmosphere. The icing on the cake was when I realized I left my favorite dress shirt and slacks in the room. When I called the hotel they field my call with professionalism, transferring me to a specific lost and found department which I found thoughtful. They verified they had both my items! I sent them a self addressed envelope and they sent it all back promptly. Kudos Hilton BWI! You have embodied your brand perfectly. I stay at Hilton almost exclusively because of these principals of service you find across the brand. Thanks again.

Mahin at the front desk was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get me checked into a room right away. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade to the top floor, which offered a fantastic view—watching the planes fly in and out of the airport was a great way to unwind after a long day. ​Impressive Bar Service: I stopped by the bar for a drink and was blown away by Jane. She was working solo, handling the entire bar and all the tables, yet she didn't miss a beat. She ensured every guest was taken care of and her cocktails were absolutely spot on. ​Diamond Perks & Amenities: For fellow Diamond members, this hotel really delivers. You have the choice of utilizing the executive lounge or taking advantage of the food and beverage credits. The food on-site is great, and the overall amenities make the stay feel premium. ​Seamless Experience: Despite the busy airport location, the hotel remains professional and hospitable. Whether you're here for one night or a longer stint, the level of service from staff like Mahin and Jane makes all the difference. ​Highly recommended for anyone needing easy airport access without sacrificing the quality service and comfort that Hilton is known for!
